Steve Jobs and Bill Gates in Matix.

When an entrepreneur is successful ? Answer is very simple: When he plays a hero role for his own people and when he plays a Villain role at his competitors. In this modern technological era, I always vote for Steve Jobs and Bill Gates as the most brilliant, most successful, powerful and inspirational personalities. What not, choose any +ve word from English Dictionary, you can take Bill n Steve as an example. But when you come from “Bill and Steve” to “Bill or Steve”, we will end up with confusion for sure. I did lot of analysis, finished reading their biographies, watched many interviews and also listen to their speeches. If I’m asked to chose one among the two, to whom I should vote for? My thoughts might not impress you but it ignites an interest to continue reading. I did the comparison in a unique way. Take a look at it :)
The four famous characters in ancient Hindu epics are Lord Rama, Lord Krishna, Ravan and Dhuryodhana. Both Rama n Ravan are the characters from the most popular Hindu epic ‘The Ramayana’ and Krishna and Dhuryodhana from the second most popular Hindu epic ‘The MahaBharath’. Let’s go into the details of each character,
Rama – Stands for the Society, Believes in Honesty and always support rules n regulations. Character Value (+1)
Ravana – Stands for Himself, Believes in self esteem and never support rules-regulations. Character Value (-1)
Krishna – Stands for the Society, Believes in Lies and break the rules when mandatory.Character Value (+1)
Dhuryodhana – Stands for Complex nature, Believes in himself and never break the rules. Character Value (-1)
If you explore the biographies of both Bill n Steve, one may come to a conclusion as depicted above.
Steve Jobs –
1) By Birth he is very complex to deal. (Before Success -- Early Time = Dhuryodhana)
2) He became powerful with MAC OS, became very arrogant and broke the rules and got fired from his own company (Before Success – Later Time = Ravan)
3) Rejoined in his organization and saw his first success, He never disclosed his ideas, pretended like an innocent at his very own friend Bill Gates. (Early Time – After Success = Krishna)
4) When he became Number one, He started interacting with people, became more social responsible, built trust in investors. Set a bench mark in the corporate world. (Later Time After Success = Rama)
Bill Gates –
1)Very ambitious and always wanted to become monopoly. He has his own set of rules n regulations. ( Before Success – Early Times = Ravan )
2)Powerful with Windows OS, Competing with MAC OS, complex business strategies n mind game (Before Success –Later Times = Dhuryodhana)
3)Became more generous, became more social responsible, Supported others to grow. Set a bench mark in computer world (Early Times – After Success = Rama)
4)Realized to not be like Rama, For the sake of Microsoft, and in order to keep MS on top in every aspect, he is going in a business yet political way (trying acquire Yahoo n grabbed Skype etc) (Later Times – After success = Krishna)
Conclusion: Both the matrices are so powerful for which inverse is undefined and any +ve competitive matrix will be weaken if they compete with them. No other Bill n Steve we can get in our lives. No one can compete with them. They are quite opposite mind sets yet the goal is same. I vote for both because they inspired me a lot :)
