Hello Folks, here is a new recipe for you…!!!

Ingredients :

  1. Boneless Chicken Breast , nicely cut into cubes  — 1 lb ,
  2. Turmeric Powder
  3. Ginger and Garlic Paste
  4. Black Pepper Powder
  5. Salt – as per taste.
  6. Cayenne Pepper Powder – half table spoon.
  7. Vegetable or canola oil – 3 table spoons.
  8. Red Onion – chopped into medium size squares
  9. Green Pepper – chopped into medium size squares
  10. Plain Yogurt – one cup

 

Procedure.

Step-1: Marination:

Add Turmeric Powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, plain yogurt to chicken cubes and mix it well until the paste/seasoning gets evenly distributed. keep it aside for 20 mins.

Step-2: Pre heat a flat pan and add two table spoons of oil.

Step-3: Add marinated chicken(from step-1) and saute it well until the oil gets evenly spread, cover it with a lid and let it cook for 10 mins.

Step-4: Remove the lid and adjust the stove to medium and wait until the stock/water gets evaporated.

Step-5: take the cooked cubes into separate bowl.

Step-6: Take another pan and semi-fry onions and green peppers by adding  1 table spoon of oil.

Step-7: add the cooked cubes from step-5, spray black pepper powder, Cayenne powder along with little bit salt as per taste, let it cook for 2 mins.

 

Step-8: Yummyyyyyyy, all set for a mug of chilled beer ….!!!
