Steps-1 Access the url given at the bottom of the article. Create a new sheet by providing proper name: (Ex: Room Expense Dec-2011, Ex: Trip Orlando, Ex: NewYear 2012 Party)
Step-2: Create a Group, Add group members by clicking “Add a person” Button
Step-3: Enter Expenses by accessing “Enter Expense” Tab. Click on “Add Expense” button, Fill the details date, Description of the expense, Who paid, amount, for whom he paid.
Step-4: Simple, Click on “Compute Payments”. System will do the calculations automatically.

Advantage: Sheet URL is unique, when you share the url with a group of people, then each one can access from they computer and edit/update the expense tracker.
